By accessing or using Mobile Service Connect, you ("you," "user," "provider") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.
Providers who use Mobile Service Connect remain independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Mobile Service Connect. Nothing in these Terms or your use of the website shall create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, employment, or similar relationship between you and Mobile Service Connect.
Approval for service-network access, matching, opportunity availability, job volume, assignments, earnings, and income are not guaranteed by Mobile Service Connect.
Mobile Service Connect acts as a facilitator that helps connect independent service providers with third-party service networks and opportunity sources. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Mobile Service Connect is not a party to agreements entered into between providers and third-party networks, customers, or opportunity sources. Mobile Service Connect does not contract for, manage, supervise, control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any services performed by independent providers or by any third-party service networks. All work arrangements, agreements, payments, and work conditions are exclusively between the provider and the applicable service network.
The Mobile Service Connect name, logo, branding, and website content are protected intellectual property and may not be used without prior written permission. All content on Mobile Service Connect, including text, design, graphics, branding, logos, trademarks, images, and software, is the property of Mobile Service Connect or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or create derivative works from any content without express prior written consent from Mobile Service Connect.
All trademarks and logos displayed belong to Mobile Service Connect or their respective owners. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Mobile Service Connect reserves the right to introduce paid services in the future with advance notice and updated terms. Mobile Service Connect does not charge providers application, membership, or subscription fees for use of our platform. We do not sell products or services directly through this website. If future paid services are introduced, related terms and refund policies will be clearly disclosed at the time of offering.
Any questions regarding payments for completed work should be directed to the applicable service network and are governed by their respective agreements.
Mobile Service Connect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Service Connect disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Mobile Service Connect does not guarantee approval, matching, opportunity availability, job volume, assignments, earnings, income, business results, or performance of any provider or third party. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any field services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile Service Connect shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of the website, participation in opportunities, business decisions, loss of profits or data, service interruptions, or actions of third parties, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Participation in Mobile Service Connect does not guarantee acceptance by any service network. Service networks maintain their own approval standards, requirements, qualifications, onboarding procedures, and business decisions.
Mobile Service Connect does not control network acceptance decisions and cannot guarantee provider approval, onboarding, assignments, or future opportunities.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located in Virginia for any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Mobile Service Connect.
Mobile Service Connect reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. Updates will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
